In my spare time you’ll find me spending as much time with my family as possible. I’m a coach for their hockey and baseball teams and when we aren’t at some sort of sporting event together we are planning our next vacation.
I started my career as a commissioned sales associate selling cell phones and then quickly progressed to a Department Sales Manager, A Store Manager, A District Development Manager, A District Manager and now today a Vice President. Along the way I learned that truly investing in people and helping them to achieve milestones they didn’t know were possible was not only the key to success and achieving company goals and metrics but also the key to development at all levels and creating a great culture that people want to be a part of.
My core strengths are focused around people and people development. I am passionate about helping people to develop and achieve their goals. I will spend time with them honing their skills and then empower and encourage them to practice them. I am genuine in my approach and have a genuine desire to learn from everyone I am surrounded by.
