In a very competitive market Ford was looking for ways to grow their small commercial business.


Kognitive worked with tech partner Zone Marketing to develop a VIP networking event for individual dealerships across Canada. The event was designed to connect small businesses with the Ford team and their commercial vehicles. We invited high volumes of local businesses and welcomed them to the dealership where we setup food, drink and entertainment. The invitation and event process gave us an opportunity to qualify the guests and determine their buying position.


Kognitive and Zone created a new channel to engage customers and promote sales. We had an average of 54 businesses attend each event, 70% of which were new to the dealership and 37% were looking to make a purchase within 12 months. Although this was not a sales event, we saw great success with vehicles being purchased on the spot.
